Kamala Harris’ presidency is likely going to be far worse than Biden’s

Kamala Harris’ recent  October interview with Fox News that her presidency would “not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency” is telling in several aspects.

For one, Harris’ aforementioned assertion contradicted her remarks on ABC’s “The View” that “there is not a thing that comes to mind” that she would do differently from Biden.

During the Fox News interview, Harris had declared:

“My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency, and, like every new president that comes into office, I will bring my life experiences, my professional experiences, and fresh and new ideas. I represent a new generation of leadership.”

At best, these glaring contradictions in Harris’ statements reveal that she evidently does not have a solid game plan for the United States should she get elected.

If Harris meant what she said to ABC and thus perpetuates Biden’s legacy once she is in power, Americans would likely have to suffer another four more years of inflation, war, crime and social chaos.

Since Harris could not corroborate her answers in two media interviews and form coherent thoughts regarding her plans for the country, she likely cannot withstand the pressure of being President of the United States.

Also, since Harris could not corroborate her answers in two media interviews and form coherent thoughts regarding her plans for the country, she likely cannot withstand the pressure of being President of the United States.

Moreover, it can be argued that Harris’ comments to Fox News were tacit admissions that Biden’s presidency was anything but spectacular.

After all, it is already common knowledge that Biden’s misguided leftist policies pandering to “woke” history revisionists, illegal immigrants, the LGBTQ+ cult, and big corporate interests have made America a much more divisive, dangerous, and economically challenged country to be in, despite delusional claims to the contrary.

Little wonder that many Americans are pessimistic about their country’s future.

Nonetheless, rather than admitting its mistakes, the Biden administration has even sought to persecute dissenters and critics, including peaceful pro-lifers protesting the heinous evil of killing unborn babies.

And Harris is proving to be an anti-life abortion extremist targeting the lives of unborn babies and those who support them.

When asked by NBC reporter Hallie Jackson if she would back religious exemptions on the killing of unborn babies, Harris replied euphemistically:

“I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body.”

Previously, Harris was the main sponsor of the so-called “Do No Harm Act,” a bill that would undermine religious-liberty safeguards against abortion mandates.

In March 2024, Harris visited a Planned Parenthood abortion facility, making her visit “the first time a sitting US president or vice president [had visited] an abortion provider”, according to CNN and the New York Times.

Having said that, Harris’ visit was unsurprising, given her track record of promoting the murders of unborn babies.

During her time as a senator, Harris opposed the “Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act,” which would have given protections for unborn children at 20 weeks.

Furthermore, Harris resisted the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,” which would have mandated medical professionals to supply care to children who survive abortion procedures. WIthout such protections, abortion survivors could be overlooked or “allowed” to die.

Additionally, Harris has urged for the repeal of the Hyde Amendment that has tried to stop taxpayer dollars from bankrolling abortions through Medicaid.

Reagan Barklage, the national field director of Students for Life of America, told LifeSiteNews that Harris is an “unrepentant apologist for abortion” and that “a Kamala Harris presidency is an abortion extremism presidency that puts thousands of preborn lives at risk”. Moreover, Harris “can’t name a single abortion she wouldn’t support,” Barklage added.

When she was attorney general of California, Harris instructed law enforcement staff to raid the home of Catholic pro-life journalist David Daleiden after his organization unearthed the abortion industry’s egregious trafficking of aborted baby body parts.

Indeed, the list of what Harris can do to promote abortion can go on and on.

What is more, Harris’ blatant anti-Catholicism is no secret.

When she was attorney general of California, Harris instructed law enforcement staff to raid the home of Catholic pro-life journalist David Daleiden after his organization unearthed the abortion industry’s egregious trafficking of aborted baby body parts.

During an interview with Fox News, CatholicVote president Brian Burch, proclaimed:

“Kamala Harris represents the most vile anti-Catholic threat of any leading candidate for president in American history. She is a candidate of the hard left. And her record and her words demonstrate a gross anti-Catholic bias and bigotry.”

In a recent op-ed by JD Vance, the GOP vice presidential nominee lambasted Harris’ anti-Catholic sentiments. For instance, Vance stated:

“Ms. Harris’s legislative record as a senator was similarly antagonistic toward Catholics. She was an early cosponsor of the ‘Equality Act,’ a bill that would render the Constitution’s protection of religious liberty effectively null and void. Among many potential consequences, this legislation would demand that Catholic churches host [so-called] same-sex weddings, require Catholic schools (and all federally funded education institutions) to allow men to compete in women’s sports and share women’s restroom and locker room facilities, and strip faith-based charities of their tax-exempt status.”

Similarly, Donald Trump decried that it was “very disrespectful” that Harris was noticeably absent for the recent Al Smith Memorial Dinner in New York.

For all his flaws and leftist ideologies, Biden still  falsely (and audaciously) claimed that he aligned with Catholic teaching, and sought to win over Catholic voters in America.

Nonetheless, Harris has been outwardly displaying her hostility and aloofness towards the Catholic Church, ranging from disrespectful videos to outright persecution

Thus, a Harris presidency would likely go against the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church even more than Biden did. This does not augur well for the future of Catholicism in the United States should she become President.
