Mater Ecclesiae is a mission of St. Edward’s parish, Pine Hill, in the diocese of Camden New Jersey.   Responding to Pope John Paul II’s Motu Proprio Ecclesia Dei, former Bishop of Camden, His Excellency, the Most Reverend Nicolas DiMarzio, established Mater Ecclesiae on October 13, 2000, the anniversary of the final apparition of Our Lady at Fatima.  All Masses and Sacraments are celebrated according to the liturgical books of 1962, in Latin, the original language of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

We thank the Most Reverend Joseph Galante, present Bishop of Camden for allowing this tradition to continue and flourish.
