The money trail between the U.S. C atholic Bishops and the Obama Administration is becoming curiouser and curiouser.
Additionally, the Obama Administration awarded The International Catholic Migration Commission(ICMC) $17,715,636 million in fiscal year 2016 to assist Syrian Migrants. Migration pays handsomely.
The overseas population of Syrian Christian refugees is estimated to be approximately 2.2 million. According to the U.S. Government, 10,081 Syrian refugees have been resettled into the United States. How many are Christian? Are you kneeling in your pew?
Only 56 of the resettled refugees are Christian!
With 2.2 million Syrian Christian refugees, why are only 56 allowed into the United States? The imbalanced and discriminatory preference for Muslim refugee status is blatantly evident in the data.
Why are the U.S. Catholic Bishops only assisting 56 Christians? Why aren’t the Bishops demanding that the Christians should be a majority of refugees settling in the United States? Why aren’t the Catholic Bishops, the voice of Christians who are persecuted and fleeing discrimination and death in Syria? Why aren’t the Catholic Bishops insisting that, as a condition of their extravagant federal grants, that persecuted Syrian Christians be represented in the majority of the refugees resettled into the United States?
Are they afraid to speak up for fear of losing their millions in federal grants? Have they received marching orders from the Vatican that they are not to advocate for Christians over Muslims? Are they following the actions of Pope Francis who returned from Lesbos with only Muslim refugees in the papal plane and left Christian migrants behind languishing in Lesbos? Why is the Catholic Church seemingly abandoning persecuted Christians who are desperate to flee persecution and resettle in the United States?
If the Catholic Bishops won’t fight for persecuted Syrian Christians, who will?
What’s going on?
