BUILD BACK FREEDOM: Biden Mandate Blocked Nationally

That’s too bad! A federal judge has blocked Joe Biden’s vaccine requirement for federal contractors nationwide.

The lawsuit, brought by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, argued Biden’s vaccine mandate violated the 10th Amendment.

Well, of course!

“Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again. The rule of law has prevailed and liberty is protected. When the president oversteps his authority the law is thankfully there to halt his misuse of power,” SC AG Wilson said.

I say again, resistance is NOT futile.
