With a hat tip to our friend James Bendell for the link, check out this devastating video of priests, cardinals and the pope behaving much like would be Protestants, singing a Protestant song loaded with Protestant heresy at the Vie di Unita e di Pace event in St. Peter’s Piazza back in July of this year:
Although apparently not an actual liturgical ceremony, the closed eyes, prayerful posture and princes of the Church holding hands in unison, do certainly indicate that this ecumenical gathering was no mere concert, either. The symbolism is downright jarring to the sensus catholicus.
And, you know what? I just never thought I’d live to see the day when the Pope — the Supreme Pontiff, Vicar of Christ on earth, Successor of St. Peter — would become visibly overcome by the premier Protestant anthem sung at the very heart of the Eternal City. Just one more first for Francis the First, and within earshot of the bones of St. Peter.
Interestingly enough (hat tip to the callmejorgebergoglio blogspot), check out this devastating (at least where ecumaniacs are concerned) video from 2010 on what is inherently so anti-Catholic about these ecumencial stunts, the spirit of which was condemned in no uncertain terms by Pius XI in Mortalium Animos, specifically when it comes to modern Catholics’ love affair with the heretical Protestant anthem, Amazing Grace::
Well said, Michael Voris. And now that our poor confused Holy Father seems to have himself succumbed to the very same diabolical disorientation you target so effectively in your video, why not join forces in loyally calling him back to his Catholic senses.
The situation is beyond desperate, brother, you know that, and this crisis starts at the top, which is why loyal sons of Mother Church are called to stand up and respectfully but forcefully object. Pope Francis needs to hear the voices of all his sons, prayerfully begging him to change course before it’s too late.
So let’s do it!
