In Sheen’s day, Catholic schools were still worthy of the name and global inter-connectedness was the stuff of science fiction. He would be rightly horrified to see the next phase of universal digital enslavement being rolled out, right before our very eyes.
Pope Francis is playing a major role in the coming technocracy. One of the first projects he embarked upon after being elected to the papacy was a global educational programme, known as Scholas Occurrentes. Promoted as being an ‘education without borders’, the program is ostensibly designed to bring quality education to all children worldwide, regardless of their economic status. The Scholas programme works primarily through sport and art, with an emphasis on environmentalism, using a ‘synodal’ style process of dialogue and accompaniment to create ‘global citizens’.
Now operating in 70 countries with more than 440,000 schools involved, the influence of the Scholas program cannot be underestimated. It is only one part of the Pope’s broader plan for a systematic, universal education system.

Rather, there is an insistence on diversity, listening, transformation, ‘concrete reality’ and ‘ways of being together’: the goal is a ‘Culture of Encounter.’ This is the Synod on Synodality for consumption by children.

The tech company WIR has announced its intent to collaborate with the Pope’s Scholas Occurrentes to create the ‘Scholas-verse’, a digital platform designed to “explore virtual environments featuring interactive workshops led by global educators and thinkers, exhibitions showcasing diverse traditions from around the world, and forums facilitating cross-cultural dialogue.”
One example of WIR’s work could be seen during the Pope’s recent trip to Indonesia. The tech company employed augmented reality (AR) technology “to bring the Pope’s message closer to the public, enabling millions to engage in an intimate encounter with the Pontiff via his digital representation”. Through AR technology, the faithful could “experience virtual moments with the Pope, making the historic occasion accessible to everyone, regardless of location.” Why it isn’t really clear why anyone would want such an experience, the collaboration is troubling.
This innovation is completely in line with proposals found in the Beijing Consensus on Artificial Intelligence and education. The 2019 document, drawn up after a UNESCO-backed conference on AI, claims its implementation will help progress towards SDG4, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal related to education. The UNESCO website states, that: Together with partners, international organizations, and the key values that UNESCO holds as pillars of their mandate, UNESCO hopes to strengthen their leading role in AI in education.
It goes without saying that among UNESCO’s ‘pillars’ are experimental vaccine programmes, feminist and gender-bending propaganda, as well as the promotion of abortion and contraception. The Vatican further ratified its support for the digital environment via its address to the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development, where it called for equitable access to digital technologies (meaning that poor people need AI, too.)
An essential part of any online system, be it banking, shopping or education is identity verification and is this aspect which is of most concern to Catholics, regardless of their thoughts on the Scholas program. A digital ID is the cornerstone of the Technocrats’ plan for enslaving humanity, despite its promise of convenience and security. Australia adopted its digital ID on December 1st, although this was largely overlooked in the flurry of media attention surrounding a failed Misinformation and Disinformation bill and the government’s subsequent adoption of an under-16 ban on social media platforms.
At the helm of Australia’s digital enslavement and censorship efforts is the e-Safety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant. Grant, a product of the World Economic Forum, is one of those unelected officials wielding great power over enormous swathes of citizenry.
Sold as a voluntary system which will make it easier for customers to interact online, the Digital ID Act contains scope to make it mandatory: ‘legislative authority for the Australian Government Digital ID System (AGDIS) to expand’. Included in this initiative is the ‘Trust Exchange‘ a technology which purports to use only existing information held by the government to allow people to prove their identities online. By sheer coincidence, one feature of the new technology is its ‘ability to verify age without exchanging any personal information’. Perhaps the Australian government thinks its citizenry is too stupid to put two and two together.
The federal government has no idea how it will implement the ban and has given itself twelve months to research some approaches. The company it is using for advice is the Age Check Certification Scheme, (ACCS) based in the UK. Among the services offered by this organisation are Global Digital Identity Certification, a pet project of the WEF, and the website proudly states that biometric technology is among its tools. The government’s media release explains that the ACCS will conduct testing during the first half of 2025, and that it will be collaborating with technology providers. In does not need to be repeated here that public-private partnerships are yet another hallmark of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Although the age-limit law contains an amendment to supposedly prohibit the mandatory use of a digital ID, there are so many questions surrounding its implementation, that confidence in this promise is not high. Its timing, coming, as it does, at the same time as the rollout of the digital ID, does nothing to allay our fears.
The new law itself is quite concerning: while social media platforms such as Instagram, X and Tiktok will be banned for children, pornography will remain readily available. Youtube and other ‘educational’ platforms are exempt, meaning that children will be herded towards fewer information sources. If UNESCO has its way, all of those sources will provide the same woke messaging currently supplied by mainstream media and schools.

While the Pontiff may be merely preoccupied with building an earthly Utopia, those shadowy figures behind a world technocracy are bent on gaining total control of every man, woman and child on the earth.
Grant is not the only one trying to ‘mitigate harm.’ Pope Francis is also on record citing his Scholas Occurrentes as an antidote to cyber-bullying and other contemporary harms. In a striking departure from Catholic teaching, the Pope suggested that schools should be providing sex education; a worrying thought given his program’s ties with the pro-abortion UNESCO.
While the Pontiff may be merely preoccupied with building an earthly Utopia, those shadowy figures behind a world technocracy are bent on gaining total control of every man, woman and child on the earth. Humanly speaking, the dictators who have come and gone over the course of world history failed because they lacked the kind of technology which ensures total enslavement and surveillance of the populace. That technology now exists, and as many are aware, its exacts a great price. Disengagement from reality and from relationships, addiction to dopamine and worse, a constant preoccupation which leads many to fail daily in the duties of their state in life: this is the high price paid by many for over-involvement in the digital world.
Satan knows this – and Bishop Sheen might have had an inkling. For he predicted that the devil would, ” induce modern man in his loneliness and frustration to hunger more and more for membership in a community that will give man enlargement of purpose, without any need of personal amendment and without admission of personal guilt. . . .”
That community will not only be a godless one, but it will be delivered virtually and its entry point will be a digital ID. Simply consider how many people have relied on online church services in recent years or who now listen to their catechism lessons or sermons online. It is not far-fetched to think that soon a digital ID will be required to access those channels at the same time as authentic Catholic teaching is censored. The result will be an online ecumenical Ape of the Church, providing the sense of community for which modern people are aching. The ID is an essential component of the globalists’ Fourth Industrial Revolution with its World Church, and this means it must be resisted with all our might.
