For the fist time in many decades, the Traditional Latin Mass is being celebrated at the rarely-used high altar by Father Gregory Pendergraft, FSSP, longtime chaplain of Remnant Tours.
The Mass took place by special (and very rare!) permission, at the very last minute, and with only the Remnant Tours team in attendance shortly before they headed back to the States after this year's pilgrimage to Chartres at which 20,000 pilgrims walked from Paris to Chartres.
As you watch this RTV Short, ask yourself this question: Even if you don't know anything about the Latin Mass, why would anyone want to crush this 2000-year-old ritual which dates back to apostolic times and which is deeply rooted in antiquity and the earliest history of Christianity?
Indeed, Francis....why?
