Pope to Meet with Married Homosexual Activist, Remnant Gives Away Free Subscription
This from People.com: "Pope Francis will hold his first public meeting with a married gay activist during a trip to Paraguay in July.  The activist, Simón Cazal, the executive director of the Paraguyan LGBT rights group SOMOSGAY, was invited to a round table with the pope and civil society leaders in Paraguy's capital city of Asunción on July 11, BuzzFeed News reports.

The sitdown will mark the first time the pope has met with an LGBT political activist, though he has held private pastoral meetings with LGBT people in the past. FULL REPORT HERE

REMNANT COMMENT: Okay, class, the only response our Neo-Catholic enablers of revolution and defenders of status quo have to heartbreaking papal sellouts such as this is: "Well, gee, isn't that terrible. The next thing you know this guy's going to be eating with Pharisees and sinners and hanging out with prostitutes. Tut-tut, Holiness! And thank you, Holier Than The Planet Traditionalist, for showing us just how large the splinter is in the Holy Father's eye."

Pretty preschool stuff, admittedly, but, for the sake of the argument let's see who can come up with something that will penetrate the neo-Catholic fog and reach our poor benighted brothers and sisters on the other side when it comes to papal scandals such as this. The combox is now open and the winner gets a free one-year subscription to The Remnant (to be determined by the number of likes after 24 hours).
