“The Return of Humanity”: Antiglobalist World Alliance for Human Sovereignty Launches Two Major Manifestos against Globalist Tyranny

The Christmas Manifestos

In late December of 2021—on Christmas Day, to be exact—I had the honor of being one of the signatories (along with Michael Matt and many others) to “A Christmas 2021 Global Renaissance Manifesto: A Collaborative Call for a World Cultural Renaissance through Establishment of a Global Commonsense Solidarity Union (GCSU)”—or “Global Renaissance Manifesto” for short.

Why a “Global Renaissance Manifesto”? And, why now?

The Manifesto was proposed and chiefly authored by the eminent Thomist philosopher and intellectual historian, Professor Peter Redpath. Like St. Thomas before him, and Aristotle before St. Thomas, and true philosophers ever since, Professor Redpath states his purpose clearly and at the very beginning:

The following Signatories communicate online this Christmas Day of the year 2021 to affix our signatures to the following Manifesto marking the temporal starting point of a World Historical Moment calling for a humanist rebirth of cultural common sense and opposition to growing world cultural and political totalitarianism and denial of traditional civil liberties and natural human rights.

We consider what we do today to be issuing a formal document starting, on a global scale, a Cultural Renaissance that analogously continues previous humanist cultural rebirths which have occurred within the West, such as: the great Philosophical Renaissance Thales, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle had caused among the ancient Greeks; the revolutionary, early Theological Renaissance initiated in the West by St. Augustine and Anicius Manlius Severinus Boethius; and continued by Christian Encyclopedists Martianus Capella, Cassiodorus, and Isidore of Seville; the great work of the Venerable Bede and Carolingian Renaissance scholars like Alcuin and Rabanus Maurus and English and Irish monastic copyists; followed by the work of 12th- century monastic and cathedral schools and the 13th-century European University Renaissance, which culminated in the masterful teachings of St. Thomas Aquinas; and was continued by the most famous of all Western cultural rebirths: the Italian Renaissance of the 14th century, issued in by the great Dante Alighieri, Francesco Petrarcha (Petrarch), and the Italian humanist movement; and, finally, the Modern and Enlightenment Renaissances spearheaded by René Descartes, Immanuel Kant, and Georg Hegel.

At some historical point, each of these Renaissances reached an extreme of cultural decay, loss of common sense; and, for the common good of the people living at the time, had to be succeeded by another cultural rebirth. We have reached that point today, but globally. Hence, the need for us to issue this historic Manifesto to inaugurate a commonsense World Cultural Renaissance.

In 1941, Americans would certainly have been worried about Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin.

The Enlightenment Comes Home to Roost

The scope and tenor of the Global Renaissance Manifesto are thus made plain from the outset. But what specific instances of “growing world cultural and political totalitarianism and denial of traditional civil liberties and natural human rights” do Professor Redpath and his colleagues have in mind?

The answers should present themselves readily to anyone who is living through our historical moment. Again, Professor Redpath approaches the problem philosophically, providing an answer to the background question of “which liberties, which rights” by providing also a context. In the Introduction to the Global Renaissance Manifesto, immediately following the Preamble where the need for a Global Cultural Renaissance is first laid out, Professor Redpath writes:

Whether liberal, conservative, or of some other political persuasion, well known to anyone with political common sense is that the contemporary world is increasingly becoming subjected to arbitrary totalitarian political mandates that fly in the face of the exercise of traditional Western and global civil liberties and natural human rights. Defenders of civil liberties and natural human rights do not: (1) tend to silence exercise of the free speech of those who disagree with them and banish it from the public square; (2) through ad hominem and strawman arguments, incline to demonize as conspiracy theorists those who intellectually oppose them; and (3) engage, or advocate engaging, in practices that violate the Nuremberg Code, and, in some instances, seek to overturn it as antiquated.

As long ago as the first half of the 20th century, leading liberal thinkers like the benevolent pagan Mortimer J. Adler were warning Americans that something was radically despotic about Modern and Enlightenment scientific positivism and the reductionistic principles related to truth that it accepted, which were starting to predominate in the psychological disposition of the Western educated class from which our cultural and political leaders tend to arise.

What did Mortimer Adler, the great popularizer of philosophy and advocate of common sense, find wrong with his own time? Professor Redpath quotes from a speech Adler gave in 1941 in New York City. In 1941, Americans would certainly have been worried about Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin. Indeed, Adler mentions all three dictators in his address. But he also mentions “Chamberlain,” as in Neville Chamberlain, the prime minister of Great Britain famous for having signed over part of Czechoslovakia to the National Socialists in Munich in 1938. And why were both dictators and their enablers mentioned in the same breath? Because, for Adler, all alike were “but paranoiac puppets, dancing for a moment on the crest of the wave—the wave that is the historic motion of modern culture to its own destruction”.

The world in thrall to the Enlightenment will always repeat the same horrors.

That “wave” was the lurching of the so-called Enlightenment to its destructive conclusion, the inevitable consequence of humanity’s having lost the ability to think and understand due to the Enlightenment darkness which keeps us from inquiring into the nature and causes of things.

The Enlightenment Roots of Our Modern Chaos

In a companion letter to the pair of Christmas Manifestos, Professor Redpath explains why, like Mortimer Adler, he believes that the Enlightenment must be confronted as the origin of the chaos we face today.

Many contemporary intellectuals suffer from a misguided conviction that, because it celebrated itself as an “Age of Reason”—a period of time that brought to the forefront of popular consciousness individual human learning, science, progress, and human rights—Enlightenment intellectuals and the educational institutions they had built had lifted the West out of some fictional intellectual dark age that these thinkers had pejoratively referred to as of “the Middle Ages.” For the first time in human history, Enlightenment principles, they falsely claimed, had discovered the nature of true science upon which true human learning, philosophy, progress, human rights, economics, politics, and the triumph of human freedom over backward religion could finally be established.

While Enlightenment principles did advance Western and global culture technologically, and while Enlightenment political thinkers did articulate some political and economic principles that advanced political and economic science to some extent, their intentional divorce of their principles of science from wisdom and prudence constituted the act of a fool. Because consistent application of such a way of behaving destroys the essential dependence of science as a social science historical and psychological enterprise on transmission of commonsense wisdom and prudence from one generation to the next and an understanding of the nature of science as a transgenerational, co-operative psychological activity, such a repetitive cultural act is one of a collection of ignoramuses, fools, or both.

It is not just that the present moment is off course, but that the course itself is wrong. Dangerously wrong. The world in thrall to the Enlightenment will always repeat the same horrors. Mortimer Adler saw it in 1941, as the Enlightenment was approaching yet another bloodbath. In our day, a new crop of villains, using different words but reading from the same script, invites us, too, to a slaughter.

How shall we answer?

To put a fine point on the thing: Hitler and Chamberlain in Adler’s day, and Tony Fauci and Klaus Schwab in ours.

“The Human Race Says—NO!”

To put a fine point on the thing: Hitler and Chamberlain in Adler’s day, and Tony Fauci and Klaus Schwab in ours. What the devils of the twentieth century could not possibly have dreamed in their most perverse nightmares is a matter of course for the banal socialist utopians of today.

In the sister document to the Global Renaissance Manifesto, the Anti-Globalist Alliance: A Manifesto, Professor Redpath, along with the Anti-Globalist Alliance Manifesto’s signatories, calls out to the “billions of ordinary human beings with common sense” in defiance of the “handful of elites with their billions in cash”. Professor Redpath rejects human experimentation (also a favorite of the National Socialists), embraces national borders, and damns “Pied-Piper Globalist Eugenics”, the sum of the globalist schemes leading mankind into despair, mass death, starvation, nihilism, moral and social breakdown, ecological pantheism, and the waking nightmare of totalitarian statist control.

Like the Global Renaissance Manifesto, the Anti-Globalist Alliance Manifesto begins with a clarion premise: “The human race says—NO!”

Totalitarian Fascist Tyranny: AKA Peak Enlightenment

As the two Manifestos were being shared and signed, one of the Global Renaissance Manifesto signatories, Italian philosopher and attorney Fulvio Di Blasi, and his colleagues were taking part in a conference of physicians in Italy who had been suspended from their jobs. Those physicians were put out of work for refusing to go along with the official government narrative about the “vaccine” for the novel coronavirus invented in a Wuhan lab using funds from the American government. The Italian police, Dr. Di Blasi writes, shut down the entrance to the conference venue (directly in front of the Parliament building in Rome).

The same government has just passed a law mandating that everyone in Italy over the age of fifty be injected with the “vaccine” made of the cells of murdered children.

The Enlightenment has so long drawn the shades down on the human intellect and darkened the power of reason that governments now are able to act with indifference to human rights and the sanctity of the human person.

Italy is hardly alone. Australia, the United States, Austria, Canada, and many other countries are sinking deeper and deeper into globalist COVID fascism, imitating now in mode of government the same Chinese Communist Party which the globalist elites have for the past two years been imitating in mode of massive human-subject genetic experimentation, surveillance and tracking, and eugenicist population control.

Human beings do not give away their freedom without first being lulled to sleep. The Enlightenment has so long drawn the shades down on the human intellect and darkened the power of reason (the very power the Enlightenment charlatans claimed to maximize) that governments now are able to act with indifference to human rights and the sanctity of the human person.

The Enlightenment did this. Dr. Di Blasi and millions of others are fighting against much more than just the usual tyranny and statism. They—we—are fighting against a dying ideology, an ideology of death. The Enlightenment

“The Time of Restoration Has Come!”

The globalists must surely now understand that the commonsensical common man and woman have seen through the lies. Canadian truckers are staging an eighteen-wheeled revolution as we speak. Australian Catholics have fought bravely to expose the racist and fascist mandates and “camp” quarantine policies of the Canberra government. “President” Joe Biden’s connections to the Chinese Communist Party are laid bare, despite his private Gestapo, the FBI’s, best attempts to cover for him.

The common people have woken up. This spells the end of the Enlightenment globalist project.

The Vatican, too, thanks to The Remnant and other Catholic truth-telling organizations, is also laid open as a co-conspirator in the globalist plan. Enlightenment Pope Francis—as Professor Redpath sometimes refers to him—has given himself and the third of the Church which follows him over to the globalists as personal chaplains. Displaying exceptional lack of political and religious commonsense and moral prudence, the Pontiff tried cancelling the Holy Mass in 2021—a signal to anyone paying attention that the robed Roman hierarchy had gone at least as far into the enemy camp as the suited Roman hierarchy which sent armed forces to the steps of the Parliament building to quell the truth about the “vaccines.”

The common people have woken up. This spells the end of the Enlightenment globalist project. This is wonderful news. “The time of restoration has come!” the Anti-Globalist Alliance manifesto joyfully proclaims.

This is not prediction, but statement of fact. Dr. Di Blasi’s book on the “vaccine” and the mandates jumped to number one in its category as the Italian state stormed the venue where he and other cancelled intellectuals and physicians were speaking the truth. Around the world, people are waking up from their dark Enlightenment slumber. Like the “paranoiac puppets” who plunged the middle of the twentieth century into a long night of hate and ruin, the globalists of our time are facing the stern repudiation of the commonsense people.

If you agree, if you want to live in a sane world where common sense and love for God, neighbor, and country prevail, then please consider joining us.

Ever a good philosophy professor, Peter Redpath does not leave his initial prompts and questions unresolved. In solidarity with the commonsense people—and inspired by the Solidarity movement in Poland under Lech Walesa, a movement which brought down the hateful Soviet-backed regime in Warsaw—Professor Redpath and Antigobalist Nirmal Dass (https://www.charlemagneinstitute.org/author-details/nirmal-dass/) have answered Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò’s and Bishop Athanasius Schneider's call for an “anti-globalist alliance.” The Antiglobalist World Alliance for Human Sovereignty (chiefly penned by The Postil Magazine (https://www.thepostil.com/) published by Nirmal Dass) is the key for a world free from the Enlightenment ravages that have blinded and bestialized us for five hundred years.

If you agree, if you want to live in a sane world where common sense and love for God, neighbor, and country prevail, then please consider joining us. Sign the petition, and fight alongside the human race against the Enlightenment globalists bent on our domination.
