Vatican Sex Abuse Summit in Rome (0)
RTV Covers Vatican Sex Abuse Summit in Rome
Remnant TV was in Rome this past week covering the Vatican’s clerical sexual abuse summit on the “protection of minors”. It seemed a dismal assignment, to be sure, but the reason it was necessary for The Remnant to be in the Eternal City was so we could throw in with our traditional Catholic allies in Rome who’d organized an act of formal resistance to the Vatican sham summit.
Going in, we all knew that the ultimate goal of the summit was to establish child abuse—not rampant homosexuality in the priesthood—as the main cause of a crisis in the Catholic Church which now rivals that of the Protestant Revolt. (Remnant TV coverage of this event as well as the Vatican summit itself, can be found on The Remnant’s YouTube channel, and for your convenience is laid out below:View items...

Editor's Intro: This is the most devastating takedown of the Big Lie that is Pope Francis's Church of Accompaniment I have ever read. The fact that is written by a Jesuit-trained homosexual man -- who is calling out Father James Martin by name in order to make his case -- only makes it that much more effective. This article needs the widest possible circulation, especially during the lead-up to the Synod on Synodality.
Among those who have suffered the most collateral damage as a result of the Big Lie are, ironically, people with same-sex attraction. Pope Francis enjoys admonishing the rest of us not to “hate” homosexuals, a ridiculous strawman, when he is the one who evidently lacks sufficient charitable solicitude to tell them the truth. Truth is charity, and charity is truth. Far from “hating” gay people, we have been insisting for years that they have been abandoned and lied to by the Church of Accompaniment for more than a generation.
FATHER MARTIN'S BRIDGE: Crossing into Critical Queer CatholicismBy: Dan Maher
They say that rumors are nothing more than gossip with a purpose. Well, when it comes to the winged rumors about Francis cracking down on the Latin Mass again – perhaps as soon as Easter Monday – let’s hope that gossip is all it turns out to be.
Michael Matt to Bishop Schneider: “Should priests comply with the order to suppress the Latin Mass?” FeaturedBy: Michael J. Matt | Editor
As Michael Matt discussed in his recent Remnant Underground, the growing globalist tyranny has convinced countless people that we are in the midst of a decisive spiritual battle and must turn to God. Tragically, most of these souls may never find the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, to which we all must belong, precisely because the tyrannical enemies of God had to undermine the Church to carry out their globalist designs. The small remnant of Catholics who still have the Faith must therefore strive to be the light of the world that attracts those of good will.
As Men of Good Will Flee the Globalist Demons, Will They Find the True Faith?By: Robert Morrison | Remnant Columnist
New from RTV...
In this episode of The Remnant Underground, Michael looks at those who took the most difficult stand against tyranny and have now been vindicated. From famous athletes such as Novak Djokovic to the forgotten frontline nurses and cops, these are the heroes of lockdown who gave up everything for freedom.
Irony of all ironies, even Bill Gates has finally conceded that they had a point.
Plus, with Pfizer embroiled in a crisis of public trust, Michael looks back at their love affair with Pope Francis—the guy who somehow became their lead singer and moral spokesman.

LUMEN AD REVELATIONEM
Tu es qui restitues hæreditatem meam mihi.
It is you who will restore my inheritance to me. - Ps 15: 5
My Eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of every people. With these words, the aged Simeon praises the Lord for having granted him the privilege of being able to witness the fulfillment of the Prophecies, being able to hold in his arms the Infant Messiah, brought to the Temple to be offered to the Lord according to the prescriptions of the Old Law. That short but profound canticle is repeated every night at Compline, because the prayer that the Church recites at the end of each day prepares us for the end of our earthly exile with our faces turned towards Our Lord.

Today Governor Tim Walz signed one of the bloodiest abortion laws in the world – a law which rivals those of China and North Korea in sheer brutality. The new law will make it a "fundamental right" to have access to abortion, thus solidifying Minnesota's status as a “safe haven” for the barbaric procedure right up to the moment of delivery. “Safe”, that is, for everyone other than the babies in question.
Minnesota Abortion Bill Passes (with a little help from a professor at St. John's University)By: Michael J. Matt | Editor
In his recent article in America — “Cardinal McElroy on ‘radical inclusion’ for L.G.B.T. people, women and others in the Catholic Church” — Cardinal Robert McElroy framed the challenges facing the Church today in terms of getting “the people of God” to take new paths in the coming decades:
“What paths is the church being called to take in the coming decades? While the synodal process already underway has just begun to reveal some of these paths, the dialogues that have taken place identify a series of challenges that the people of God must face if we are to reflect the identity of a church that is rooted in the call of Christ, the apostolic tradition and the Second Vatican Council. Many of these challenges arise from the reality that a church that is calling all women and men to find a home in the Catholic community contains structures and cultures of exclusion that alienate all too many from the church or make their journey in the Catholic faith tremendously burdensome.”

New from Remnant TV...
If it’s true that it’s “the Mass that matters,” then obviously the more Traditional Latin Masses in the world today the better for everyone – Catholic or not.
The Bishop of Duluth, Minnesota, has set an important precedent for every bishop in the world. He’s not a traditionalist but, the wake of Traditionis Custodes, he’s gone to bat for his traditional Catholic community.
In this Special Edition of the Remnant Underground, Michael Matt speaks to those who are not necessarily traditional Catholics or who are new to the Latin Mass. To quote Michael: “I hope the viewer will understand what we’re trying to do here. This is not about the SSPX, the FSSP, or my personal opinion of the liturgical revolution. It’s a bit outside of that box, which is why I encourage you to share it with your family, friends, diocesan priests and bishops.”
I FULLY SUPPORT YOU: Bishop Stands with Latin Mass CommunityBy: Michael J. Matt | Editor
I want to thank you for asking consultation from both priests and seminarians after the latest Motu Proprio from Pope Francis. I found it disturbing, cruel, and unnecessary. Let me explain.
A Response to Pope Francis: Letter to Bishop Donald DeGroodBy: Fr. Dana Ambrose Christensen, Obl. OSB
A response to Reid, Cavadini, Healy, and Weinandy
And arms shall stand on his part,
and they shall defile the sanctuary of strength,
and they shall take away the continual sacrifice:
and they shall place there the abomination unto desolation. -Dan 11: 31
I have followed with interest the ongoing debate about Traditionis Custodes and Father Reid’ comment (here) in which he refutes Cavadini, Healy, and Weinandy, without however reaching a solution to the problems identified. With this contribution, I would like to indicate a possible way out of the present crisis.
