CLOSED: Remnant Fundraiser Doubles Target Amount

Dear Friends: In July, I will be climbing Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest freestanding mountain in the world – in order to raise money for the Missionaries of the Holy Cross/St. Benedict House of Studies in Singida, Tanzania.

God willing, I will be taking part in this event in cooperation with a number of allies and organizations – including my old friend and brother in arms, Eric Frankovitch, Director of the Catholic Identity Conference) – each of whom is working to raise $5000 for the St. Benedict House on their own.

I asked readers of The Remnant to sponsor me for The Climb for Christ and you came through. In fact, we doubled the target amount. So, thanks be to God and to you, this morning I have wired $10,000 to the Saint Benedict House, which will go towards the education of young people and seminarians in the authentic Catholic Faith of our fathers.

I am officially closing this fundraiser, and I want to thank you for your support. We will be reporting from Africa on The Climb and on the St. Benedict House of Studies in mid-July. So please keep an eye out for Remnant TV’s Africa coverage when the time comes.

Please pray for the success of this important initiative to support the old Faith and to unite with the Catholic African clans. So many good things are happening. Please, don’t lose hope. God bless you all and thank you!

In Christo Rege,

Michael J. Matt'
